A safe space to explore and navigate issues that arise in everyday life and/or mental health concerns. Some examples include:
(feelings or diagnosis of) depression, anxiety, panic/anxiety attacks, stress, low self-esteem, sadness, grief, conflict, oppression, higher education challenges, difficulty with life adjustments, intimate relationship issues, parenting, major life transitions, adult children of emotionally unstable parents, social identity crisis...etc.).

A secure and guided space for participants (2 - 8 individuals) to share their experiences, exchange perspectives, and support each other. Some examples include:
college support group, social identity support group, stress management support group, abuse victim-survivor educational or support group, women's support group, ...etc.

A specialized service offered as a safe space for individuals to work through trauma as result of intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, or other forms of abuse. Some examples include:
physical, emotional, psychological, economical, technological, spiritual, and/or sexual abuse, neglect...etc.

A supportive service intentionally focused on process one's health journey as a result of experiencing symptoms of...Or experiencing a potential diagnosis of...Or an official diagnosis of a reproductive health condition. Some examples include:
persistent bacterial vaginosis, fibroids, prostate problems, abnormal cells determined by pap smear, cervical cancer, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, PCOS, hysterectomy, low libido as a result of medical testing/assessments...etc. Please contact for any inquiries.
